Enjoy Karen’s online classes to release stress, rejuvenate, and center! This 6-week series teaches a variety of Kundalini pranayama-breathing-visualization techniques each week and completes with a 20-minute meditation. Discover ancient mind-body healing and anti-aging methods and learn how you can return to balance and spiritual well-being. 

Once registered you will be emailed the link to join on Zoom. Classes will be recorded so if you can’t attend a class live, you can listen/watch to the recording at your leisure.
