Description
Join Karen to learn a series of Kundalini movements, breathing, mudra and mantra to support “spring cleaning” in the organ systems. She will lead you through exercises to purify and rejuvenate your endocrine and body systems while harmonizing the chakras. Experience yogic techniques to balance your metabolism, release old emotions, increase your vitality and live from happiness! The workshop completes with a relaxation meditation and chanting.
