Join our Wednesday evening Kundalini Workshop and learn a series of movements, breathing and mantra to purify and heal the past emotional pain in your heart, and open a new space for love and happiness. Karen will lead you through yoga techniques and breathing to support purifying and restoring your endocrine and body systems while harmonizing the chakras. Awaken your true potential with Kundalini yoga! The workshop completes with relaxation and singing bowls.
