Enjoy this one-hour Kundalini Yoga class to revitalize your organs and body systems, release stress, and refuel your inner power. We will do a series of Kundalini kriyas (exercises) utilizing breathing, mantra, mudra (position of hands or body) with the intention of healing and compassion.
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle, and dress in comfortable clothing.
