Your Daily Retreat Schedule Includes:
Morning
Daily sunrise healing and meditation walk on the beach.
Pranayama breathing and Kundalini yoga on the beach.
Breakfast at the hotel.
Midday free time (approximately 11:00am-4:00pm)
Lunch on your own
Late afternoon
Mind-body techniques and Opening to the Light.
Early evening
Sunset on the beach.
Dinner on your own.
Later in the evening
Sleep and dreamtime techniques take you into deep relaxation and rejuvenation, and enhance healing and manifestation.
Your Free Time
Explore the town, enjoy a long lunch, receive a massage/spa service, experience water activities, or just relax on the beach! This is your time for inner reflection.
Retreat fee includes:
Accommodations at Dos Ceibas, a beautiful beachfront boutique hotel, daily gourmet breakfast, and retreat program.
Other fees not included: Flight into Tulum airport, van from airport to hotel (group rate of 30.00 per person), spa and massage services, water activities, excursions, and lunch and dinner. You’ll receive a 20% discount for lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant.
All rooms are just a few steps from the beach! Select single or double occupancy. All rooms have a private bathroom and in-room safe and follow the architecture of a Mayan house.
Studio
Single occupancy: 1,900.
Double occupancy: 1,700.
King size bed or two individual beds and a small living room. Has a semi-private patio and a shared structure with independent entrances with views of the gardens.
Studio Superior
Single occupancy: 2,000.
Double occupancy with sofa bed: 1,800.
King size bed and sofa bed. Has a private patio with a hammock distributed among beautiful gardens. These rooms are closer to the beach and more private.
