1 Qrunch burger ½-1 avocado
small amount of ghee or oil 2-3 spoonfuls of Ozuke’
lettuce/super greens sliced cucumbers
sliced tomatoes feta cheese
Cook a Qrunch burger in frying pan with a small amount of ghee or oil for 3-4 minutes on each side. While your burger is cooking prepare your lettuce/super greens on your plate, cut up ½-1 avocado. Top with 2-3 spoonfuls of Ozuke’ (organic, raw and probiotic, the best of pickled things.)
Garnish with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes and sprinkle with feta cheese. Enjoy this special lunch!
