Experience our Kundalini yoga workshop and learn a series of movements, breathing and mantra to purify your liver and body systems. Karen will lead you through yoga techniques and breathing to support rejuvenating your endocrine and body systems while harmonizing the chakras. Awaken the divine Kundalini to cleanse and revitalize your liver and renew your spirit! The workshop completes with relaxation and singing bowls.
