Description

Detoxify and renew this Fall to strengthen your constitution and immune system with Ayurveda and Kundalini methods. The Fall Detox Program includes a balancing Ayurveda diet and herbal program, Kundalini yoga, Ayurveda self-care practices, mind-body techniques and prayer/meditation suggestions.  Upon registration, the program will be emailed to you.

You will have guidance and support from Karen throughout your Detox and Rejuvenation week. This 7-day program builds a foundation for you to stay healthy this Fall and reset body and mind, and prime your system for Winter wellness!
