What is Kundalini Yoga practice?
Kundalini yoga utilizes specific breathing techniques, physical postures, mantra/chanting, and meditation to activate a divine energy source that lies dormant at the base of the spine. The divine Kundalini energy begins its path upward through the spine and main energy channel and chakras striving to reach the crown to unite with divine consciousness, where you may experience a sense of bliss and heightened awareness. Kundalini Yoga facilitates awakening Kundalini energy and circulating it through your Chakras and endocrine system, organs, and body systems, to promote healing, vitality, and alignment.
What is Yoga Nidra:
Guided meditation to enter deep states of conscious relaxation as the mind settles between wakefulness and sleep.
